Required Technical Skillset

Candidates should possess expertise in the following areas:

Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP (Windows & Linux OS) Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Support Engineer, your primary duties will include:

Providing L2 support on Windows/Linux servers hosted on AWS infrastructure.
Performance tuning and storage optimization.
Demonstrating licensing knowledge and understanding of patch and package management.
Managing incidents and changes while monitoring health and performance.
Checking server health, performance, and capacity alerts, and taking preventive and remedial actions.
Designing, building, and configuring AWS services to meet business process and application requirements.
Executing and documenting infrastructure changes while preparing work instructions.
Continuously improving cloud infrastructure services and driving operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with a minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification.
Only Full-Time courses will be considered.
Candidates who have attended a TCS interview in the last month need not apply.
