Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be part of a collaborative global team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the Salesforce platform and related systems.
• Delivering high-quality, scalable customized solutions to support critical business functions.
• Managing assigned tickets within agreed SLAs and adhering to defined development processes.
• Contributing to the entire development cycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, initial pilot/production launch, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Creating and maintaining enhancements and integrations to Salesforce applications.
• Developing and executing thorough test plans to ensure all requirements are met.

Qualifications

McGraw Hill is looking for candidates who possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Prior experience with Salesforce development, including SOQL, Apex, and triggers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including Security, Data Model, User Management, Process Builder, and Lightning Flow Builder.
