Key Requirements

Essential Skills

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) developer
Ability to assess customizations made in Salesforce Classic and determine their relevance for Lightning
Proficiency in creating a prioritized list of custom components for migration to Lightning Web Component
Familiarity with code analysis tools to evaluate custom code efficiency
Experience in designing solutions that leverage configuration principles and Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features for organizational scalability
Capability to utilize Lightning Flows for process automation
Strong commitment to minimizing technical debt

Desirable Skills

Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce project lifecycle
Experience in code review and documentation
Knowledge of Source Control systems

Qualifications

Educational Requirement: 15 years of full-time education
