Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configurations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and engineers across different project phases, from proposal to deployment and post-launch support.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems to enhance functionality.
- Own end-to-end delivery—from discovery to deployment, ensuring proper documentation throughout.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Process Automation, LWC).
- 3+ years of software development experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Communities, etc.
- Familiarity with source control and continuous integration practices.
- Proven ability to manage the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to post-launch.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce CPQ will be an added advantage.
