Introduction
NHLML is a 100% owned subsidiary of NHAI, operating under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H). The organization focuses on infrastructure projects, including Multi-modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), Port Connectivity Roads, Inter Modal Stations, Ropeways, and other logistics initiatives. Important Information
- Position Level: Assistant Manager (E-0) – Pay scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
- Contract Duration: 5 years
- Probation Period: 1 year (Performance review after probation; successful candidates may be promoted to Deputy Manager (E-1) with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000)

Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE/NAAC-recognized institution or a globally recognized university.
- Minimum Marks:
- General/EWS: 65%
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD: 55%
2. GATE Examination Requirement
- Applicants must have a valid GATE score from 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Selection based on normalized GATE marks (out of 100) and interview performance.
- Weightage:
- GATE Marks: 90%
- Interview: 10%
- Minimum 60% marks required in the interview for final selection.
3. Age Limit
- General/EWS: Maximum 30 years (as of 1st October 2024)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD-UR: 10 years | PwBD-OBC: 13 years | PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years

Reservation Guidelines
- OBC candidates must provide a Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued in 2023-24.

Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE marks and invited for an interview.
- Final merit list will be prepared category-wise, and offers will be issued accordingly.
- All original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
Nature & Period of Engagement
- Selected candidates will undergo medical examinations as per NHLML standards.
- Posting can be anywhere in India based on company requirements.
- Failure to meet probation performance criteria may result in service termination or extended probation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 (during initial appointment)
- Benefits include DA, HRA, cafeteria perks, CPF, NPS, gratuity, medical facilities, and Performance-Related Pay (PRP).
- Contract Duration: 5 years, extendable based on performance.
