Probation Period: 1 year (Performance review after probation; successful candidates may be promoted to Deputy Manager (E-1) with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE/NAAC-recognized institution or a globally recognized university.
Minimum Marks:
- General/EWS: 65%
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD: 55%

2. GATE Examination Requirement

Applicants must have a valid GATE score from 2022, 2023, or 2024.
Selection based on normalized GATE marks (out of 100) and interview performance.
Weightage:
- GATE Marks: 90%
- Interview: 10%
Minimum 60% marks required in the interview for final selection.

3. Age Limit

General/EWS: Maximum 30 years (as of 1st October 2024)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD-UR: 10 years | PwBD-OBC: 13 years | PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years

Reservation Guidelines

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE marks and invited for an interview.
Final merit list will be prepared category-wise, and offers will be issued accordingly.

Nature & Period of Engagement

Selected candidates will undergo medical examinations as per NHLML standards.
Posting can be anywhere in India based on company requirements.
Failure to meet probation performance criteria may result in service termination or extended probation.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Pay: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 (during initial appointment)
